NAECO Hydrodynamic Facilities provide opportunities to research the object flow characteristics by oncoming water flow.

NAECO manufacture is equipped with two Hydrodynamic Facilities with the flooded turbulent jet: 600 mm and 80 mm diameter.

KEY FEATURES:

  • The flow parameters are estimated during the research, for example, the turbulence level of the flow, the value and feature of the boundary layer, the values of strengths and moments, depending on the flow parameters.

  • Researching is carried out using thermo anemometric and electromagnetic converters, PIV, as well as using a laser Doppler velocity meter.

NAECO HYDRODYNAMIC FACILITIES TESTING ADVANTAGES

  • 80 mm Hydrodynamic Facility allows researching possibility of small scale carrier models and hydrochemical and hydrophysical field converters.

  • 600 mm Hydrodynamic Facility allows researching possibility of large-scale carrier models, due to the large dimensions of the working area (8000 mm x 3000 mm x 3000 mm)

SET OF EQUIPMENT FOR EXPERIMENTATION IN HYDRODYNAMIC FACILITIES
It is used to determine the flow parameters (pulsations of the flow velocity, conductivity, temperature, hydrostatic pressure) for testing and research in Hydrodynamic Facility.
